Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Migarba.com, for a full refund except the shipping charge. This applies to all items except sale items.
We require that you return the goods to us within 15 days of the date on which we dispatched your original order.
Before removing any attached tags and before disposing of the original packaging, customers must check products thoroughly upon receipt.
If you wish to return goods they must be returned unused, in a perfect, saleable condition, with all tags attached. We will not accept non-faulty items, which have been worn, and/or tags removed.
Underwear cannot be returned.
Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.
Exchanges are only possible for faulty items. If you have any other items which you wish to return and buy another item instead, please follow the standard returns process and then place a new order for the items you want instead.
Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
