Orders received before 1pm are dispatched on the same day, while orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following day.
Standard Delivery takes 2-3 working days and costs £3.50.
Express delivery is usually a next day delivery service and costs £6.50. However occasionally, for example due to adverse weather, deliveries may take 2 days.
Standard deliveries are sent out via Royal Mail tracked delivery and express deliveries by UPS courier.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver at weekends or on public holidays. Please expect your delivery on the next working day.
